My name is Evan Dastin-van Rijn and I'm currently a biomedical engineering PhD student in the Translational Neuroengineering Lab at the University of Minnesota. I graduated from Brown University in 2021 with a degree in biomedical engineering and neuroscience

I'm primarily focused on analyzing neurophysiological data in order to better understand mental health and mental illness enabling the development of biologically relevant, clinically robust, and personalized therapies.

Beyond academics, I enjoy making geometry inspired art, computational visualizations, origami, cross-stitching, cooking, biking, as well as Roguelikes and strategy games.
